SPICY APRICOT CHICKEN WINGS
2 lb. chicken wings; tips removed and disjointed
1 c. apricot preserves
2 T. cider vinegar
1 - 2 t. hot sauce
1 t. chili powder
1 clove garlic; minced
Combine marinade ingredients. Place chicken wings and 1/2 cup marinade in a ziploc bag and marinate overnight in fridge. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
TO COOK: Preheat oven to 400* F. Bake wings 30 minutes on a foil lined cookie sheet, brushing with marinade occasionally. Serve with reserved sauce.
NOTE: Also good with drumsticks!
