Spicy Brisket


3 lbs. lean beef brisket
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 sliced onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 can beer

Place beef in crockpot; add remaining ingredients pouring beer over all last. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until tender. Remove beef from pot; slice. Skim fat off juices; serve juices with meat.
