Spicy Catalina Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 cup Catalina salad dressing
3 Tbsp. apricot jam
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper(optional)

Mix dressing with jam. Whip until not quite so lumpy. Add spices. Pour
over chicken in a baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° 1 hour or until
chicken is tender.
