Spicy Chicken Dip

Here’s a great dip that I like to serve on Superbowl Sunday. You can also use this to stuff mushrooms, simply stuff mushrooms with filling before baking. Also, you can substitute crab or shrimp for the chicken.

1 lb cooked diced chicken
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
1/4 lb monterey jack with jalapenos, grated
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp tabasco hot sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 oz parmesean cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently to mix. Transfer to a medium sized shallow baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with nachos or crackers.
