Ingredients:
corn kernels - 2 cups
diced ripe avocado - 1/4 cup
minced red onion - 1/2 cup
minced tomato - 2 Tbsp
jalapeno peppers - 2 tbsp
lime Juice - 2 tbsp
sugar - 2 tsp
red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
1 Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours before serving.
