Spicy Grilled Prawn
Ingredients:
King prawns – ½ kg
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Fried cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
Clean and wash prawns, then marinate with salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder and lemon juice. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Then skew on skewers and BBQ or grill. Serve with salad and mint sauce.
