SPICY MICROWAVE APPLE NOG

2 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
2/3 c. apple juice
3 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/2 c. whipped cream, whipped (optional)

Combine yolks, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and apple juice in 2-qt. glass casserole. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until piping hot, stirring occasionally. Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites, mixing constantly with wire whisk, Ladle into mugs. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with sprinle of nutneg.
