Spicy Pineapple Fritters
1 habanero or 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 cups pineapple chunks
3 chives, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peppers, pineapple, chives, garlic, and turmeric. Mix well.
2.In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Cover each bowl and refrigerate 4 hours.
Remove and combine batter with fruit.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil.
Spoon batter into oil and fry4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
