Spicy Potato Rounds
8 medium baking potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
2 small onions, peeled and minced
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the potatoes in a single layer on Teflon cookie sheets. Mix the spices and onions in the melted butter and drizzle over the potatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden. If you like really spicy foods, use hot paprika rather than sweet.
