Spinach and Strawberry Salad

1 bunch Spinach, washed and dried
2 cups Strawberries, halved
3/4 cup dressing

Dressing:

1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds

Place oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds in a food processor and mix until homogenized. Taste and add more sugar if needed. Use immediately or store in refrigerator overnight.

Place spinach and strawberries in a salad bowl. Pour in the dressing and toss gently to mix. Serve immediately.
