Spinach Bread

loaf of your favorite frozen bread dough, thawed & risen

1/2-1 lb. deli pepperoni or salami
1/2-1 lb. provolone cheese
1 (10oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained as dry as possible, fry slightly if needed to dry it out

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out thawed bread dough 1/4" - 1/2" thick. In the middle of circle, layer meat, cheese and spinach, leaving sides to slice and braid over the filling,or you can just fold each side over top. Bake for approximately 35 min, or until golden brown.
