SPINACH CASSEROLE

1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing, mixed as directed
1 pkg. drained frozen spinach
1 can Campbell’s mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 beaten egg
1 T. grated onion

Mix all together. Bake at 350* F. for 30 minutes uncovered for crispness, cover to make it more moist.
