Spinach Dip

1 (500 mL) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix
1 bag spinach, washed, dried and chopped
1 small onion, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours for flavours to blend. Cut top of a pumpernickel bread, remove bread from inside to make a bread “shell”. To serve, fill bread shell with dip accompanied with chunks of remaining bread for dipping.
