8 oz. manicotti noodles, cooked
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 C. mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 egg
24 oz. spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef, cooked

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the
manicotti noodles and spaghetti sauce.

Spoon the mixture into the cooked noodles and place in a greased
13 x 9-inch pan. Pour the sauce over the top of the pasta and cover
with foil. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. If desired, after 20 minutes
sprinkle more shredded mozzarella cheese on top and return to
the oven for the last 10 minutes, uncovered.
