Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package spinach, stems removed
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 small jicama, peeled, cut into julienne strips
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Method
In large bowl, combine spinach, oranges, jicama and almonds.
Toss with prepared vinaigrette salad dressing.
