Spinach Salad

1 lb. raw spinach 1lb. bacon, fried 8 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1 small box frozen green peas 1 onion, sliced 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. sour cream
Wash and dry spinach, chop if desired. Crumble bacon. Layer spinach, bacon, eggs, peas, and onion in a 9x 13 pan. Blend together mayo and sour cream until creamy. Spread over salad. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and additional bacon bits if you want to fancy it up. Make 24 hrs. ahead for better flavor.
