It’s still too hot but the humidity is slowly dropping. I really need to cook something and not be lazy from the heat.
Crockpot to the rescue.
Center cut pork chops, potato wedges, baby carrots, all drizzled with olive oil, plenty of fresh garlic, kosher salt, cracked plack pepper and fresh minced parsley. Cooked on HIGH until done. Served with applesauce and I think I will make a “gravy” out of a can of cream of mushroom soup.
A nice easy dessert - vanilla ice cream served with orange sherbet, sliced fresh kiwi and strawberries.
Iced green tea with lemon.
