1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pepper, chopped
1 med. can pork and beans
American cheese
1 bag corn chips
Lettuce, shredded

Cook hamburger, onions and pepper together; drain off excess fat. Cook pork and beans. Then put in a bowl and mix beans with hamburger mixture. Grate American cheese on top of beans, hamburger, onions, and peppers, to melt. Put corn chips on plate.
Pour mixture of beans, hamburger, onions, pepper and cheese on top of corn chips. Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup or other cheese to this mixture, if desired.
