Strawbana Brownies
12 medium strawberries
2 beaten eggs
1 20 1/2oz. Plain or Walnut Brownie Mix
1 8oz. cream cheese with strawberries
1 ripe medium banana
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup cooking oil
Remove stems and hulls from strawberries. Mash together strawberries and banana; set aside. In a large mixing bowl stir together eggs, brownie mix, water, and oil just until moistened. Stir in strawberry mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9x2" pan.
Bake in a 350º oven for 25-30 minutes, or until brownie springs bach when lightly touched. Cool completely.
For Frosting:
In a small bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over brownies.
