Strawberry Banana Sorbet

Strawberry Banana Sorbet

1 pint strawberries, hulled
1 medium-ripe banana, cut into chunks
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice

In blender or food processor blend strawberries until almost smooth. Add bananas, corn syrup, orange juice, sugar and lemon juice. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf pan. Cover and freeze overnight. (Or, freeze in ice cream machine according to manufacturer?s directions.)
