Strawberry Bread

(This is my favorite place to have lunch. I have yet to have anything that wasn’t great)

Servings/Makes: 2 loafs.

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs beaten
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries (thawed)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. mix well. In separate bowl combine last 3 ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9x5x3 in loaf pans. Bake 1 hr or until breads test done.
