Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie
4 cups strawberries sliced ( or you can use blueberry , raspberries, peaches or cherries )
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
in saucepan bring 2 cups berries and sugar to boil when
boiling add the cornstarch which has been mixed with water
stir in continue cooking until thickened remove from heat stir
in 2 more cups berries set aside to cool
2 graham cracker pie crust
filling
1 packet dream whip topping whipped according to package directions add
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teas. vanilla
blend together and divide between the pie crusts put strawberry topping on refrigerate for at least 4 hours or
until throughly chilled
you can use the fruit topping on pancakes
and waffles too it is so good
