STRAWBERRY MARGARITA POPS
11/4 pound strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 cup white tequila
1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth; then force through a fine sieve into a large glass measuring cup.
Pour into molds. Freeze until slushy, about 30 minutes. Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
