Stroganoff Dip


1 cup finely diced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
Rippled potato chips

Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid is absorbed. Cool. Combine Sour Cream, horseradish and salt; stir in mushroom mixture. Chill several hours. Serve with potato chips.
