Stuffed Clams


1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper dices
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sliced
2 cups clams, chopped, I don’t chop them
Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup butter
salt, pepper and crushed garlic to taste

Saute onions, pepper and mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Add to clams and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add mixture to crushed crackers and 1/4 cup melted butter until holds together but is not too greasy. Put back into clam shell and bake 15 min at 350.
