Stuffed French Toast

2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp sugar
4 slices cinnamon raisin bread
4 Tbsp cream cheese spread
8 slices honey ham - sliced thin
2 Tbsp maple flavored or pancake syrup

Beat eggs, milk and sugar with a fork in a 9" pie plate until well blended.

Spread one side of each bread slice with 1 Tbsp of cream cheese. Top 2 of the bread slices (cream cheese side up) with 4 ham slices each. Cover with remaining bread slices . Lightly press edges of each sandwich together to seal. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture until well soaked.

Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med heat. Add sandwiches and cook 2 min on each side or until golden brown. Serve immediately with syrup.
