1 Golden Trout
1 tsp basil, fresh
olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced yellow pepper
1 cup diced onion
dash tsp salt, divided
dash tsp black pepper
Oregenata Crust
After that, you prepare the container by lining the bottom with a light layer of olive oil and then half the vegtables. Rub the trout with olive oil on both sides. Fill the inside of the trout with the remaining vegtables. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Oregenata Crust on top of the trout. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until trout is cooked.
