Stuffed Red Peppers

4 large red bell peppers 3/4 lb. ground chuck 1/2 lb. sausage 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 t. beef bouillon granules 1 c. cooked rice 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/2 c. old paso cheese and salsa 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. diced tomatoes 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1 T. soy sauce 1 c. hot water
Cut peppers in half lengthwise clean out seeds. Saute beef and sausage with onion, garlic, 1 t. bouillon salt, pepper, and garlic powder, drain off fat. Add cheese salsa, rice, sour cream, tomatoes, green onions,and soy sauce.Stuff into peppers. Mix hot water and remaining bouillon. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Place peppers in dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil , spoon a little juice over peppers and bake 10 more minutes.
