Sugar-Free Bran Muffins

Sugar-Free Bran Muffins

1 cup natural bran
1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup apple juice (or other unsweetened fruit juice)
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbls. honey

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Bake in greased muffin pan at 350°F for 7-12 minutes. (About 1 dozen)
