Sugar Snap Peas and Peppers
The crunch of this dish is a welcome surprise.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
canola oil - 1 tbsp
sugar snap peas (in shells) - 1 1/2 cups
green peppers, julienned - 1/2 cup
red peppers, jullienned - 1/2 cup
yellow peppers, jullienned - 1/2 cup
light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
ground pepper and salt - to taste
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peas and peppers and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon juice. Grind in pepper and salt to serve.
