Summer Berry Trifle
- 1 Cup Pound Cake Cubes
- 1 Cup diced strawberries and raspberries - macerated in a tsp. Sugar
- 1 cup Vanilla Pudding
- Whipped Cream
- Fresh Berries and Mint for garnish
- In a glass make a layer of macerated fruit.
- Make the next layer of the cubes of pound cake.
- Then make another layer of vanilla pudding.
- Then make a layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and mint.
