Summer Blueberry Delight
1 (8-oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
1 (14-oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 (3.4-oz). package Vanilla Pudding Mix
16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1 1/2(10-inch) Angel Food Cakes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 1/2 quarts fresh Blueberries or frozen, thawed
In a large mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese and
confectioner’s sugar. Add the sweetened condensed milk and pudding to
the mixture and blend well. Fold in the cool whip, except for 1 cup.
Place about half of the angel food cake cubes in the bottom of a
large glass or trifle bowl. Add half of the fresh blueberries,
followed by a layer of half of the pudding mixture. Cover with the
remaining cake cubes and repeat the cream mixture and blueberry
Spread the remaining cup of cool whip over the top of the dessert.
Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
