Sun dried tomato alfredo chicken

1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce or 2 cups home made
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 lb pasta - cooked
1/2 jar juliened sun dried tomatoes with herbs in oil
2 tbs olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped

Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Saute the chicken, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and tomatoes in the olive oil until the chicken is cooked through and the onions are soft. Add the alfredo sauce (we like the parmesan mozeralla one) and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and heat through. Best served with garlic bread and a nice tossed salad.
