Super Camembert or Brie Cheese Bites

1 [7-ounce / 200-g] Camembert cheese
or
1 [5-ounce / 150-g] Brie cheese
1 tablespoon [15 mL] Brandy or Cognac
Roasted walnut halves, to garnish
Golden raisins, to garnish
Crackers and/or melba toasts, to serve



Using a fork, prick cheese into many places almost down to the center.
Sprinkle cheese with Brandy or Cognac.
Wrap cheese; leave to marinate at room temperature for a few hours or overnight.
Garnish top of cheese with roasted walnut halves and golden raisins.
Serve, along with crackers and/or melba toasts.
