Super Easy Fruit PIzza dessert

Ok, I know the title makes you curious, which is why I had to try it. The first time I made this I brought it to work. My co-workers had decided I officially went over the deep end. Then they tried it. Which is why I am copying a version from my word rather than try to type it again. Just an FYI the fruit can be changed to whatever you pefer. Hope you try and ENJOY.

Fruit Pizza
Ingredients:

1 roll (16.5) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1 8oz package cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 kiwi peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 cup halved or quartered fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries ( I like fresh best)
1/2 cup apple jelly

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. In pan, break up cookie dough-press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Stir jelly until smooth, spoon or brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
To serve, cut into wedges or squares.

Cover and refrigerate and remaining pizza (which you most likely will not have).

“Angels around us, angels beside us, angels within us. Angels are watching over you when times are good or stressed. Their wings wrap gently around you, whispering you are loved and blessed.”

This sounds very unique!
