Sweet and Sour Green Beans
2 (14 oz) cans cut green beans, drained
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons vinegar
1 medium onion, sliced
6 strips of bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
Place drained green beans in a casserole dish.
Mix vinegar and sugar well and pour
over green beans. Sprinkle crumbled
bacon and sliced onions over green beans.
Marinate for 8 hours or overnight in
the refrigerator.
Bake at 325 degrees F, covered for 1 hour
before serving.
