SWEET AND SOUR KRAUT
Ingredients:
1 qt. Vlasic kraut
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 C. diced celery
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
Wash and drain kraut. Chop together all ingredients and add:
2 C. sugar
1/4 C. water
1/2 C. cooking oil
3/4 C. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Let stand at least 24 hours in refrigerator. Will keep a week or so.
