Sweet and sour mustard

SWEET AND SOUR MUSTARD
Makes 1 ½ c.

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
½ c. cider or raspberry vinegar
1/3 c. dry mustard
2 t. water
2 eggs, beaten

In a saucepan, whisk together all ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour into storage container, cover and refrigerate.
