I am looking for a certain type of sweet and sour sauce. many restaurants make it. it is bright red and not to thick and not to thin and it is used for dipping your egg rolls or won tons in it. as well as other food. i hope someone knows how they make it . and it don’t have catsup in it. thank you all for your help.
