Sweet and Sour Turkey Meatballs

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
1 egg
Mix ingredients, shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
Bake in ungreased 13x9x2 pan at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can 13-1/4 0z. pineapple chunks
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 small green bell pepper coarsely chopped
While meatballs are baking, mix brown sugar and corn starch in large skillet. Stir in pineapple along with it’s syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling stirring constantly, reduce heat add meatballs. Cover and simmer stiring occasionally for 10 minutes. Serve over white cooked rice
