Sweet Frito Crunch

2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup Karo syrup
9 cups Rice chex
13 cups Fritos
3 cups peanuts
1 bag M & M’s

Mix Fritos, Rice chex, and peanuts in large bowl. Bring sugar, butter, and syrup to boil. Pour caramel mixture over Frito mix. Stir. Spread in large pan. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on wax paper to cool. Add M & M’s when cool.
