Swiss Chicken Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
Prick bottom of pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 8 minutes or until slightly dry. Remove crust from oven. Layer half of the cheese, then half the chicken in shell; repeat. Mix well remaining ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot or at room temperature. Also good with ham.
