Swiss Pie

In saute pan, add 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. onions, 1/2 c. mushrooms, 1/2 c. green peppers. Saute until tender.

In bowl add 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 c. sour cream, dash pepper, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 6 slices of bacon, and onion and peppers mixture mixture. Pour into homemade pie crust. Top with 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
