1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 325* F. In large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, and drain fat. Mix in dry taco seasoning. Spoon browned meat into 13 X 9-inch inch glass baking dish. Spoon a layer of refried beans over meat, then salsa. Top with shredded cheese. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes.
