Taco Topped Potatoes

Taco Topped Potatoes

1 lb. ground beef
1 C. salsa
2-3 T. Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
4 hot baked potatoes, split
1 C. shredded Cheddar
1 1/2 C. french fried onions

Brown meat in skillet till not longer pink; drain.

Add salsa, hot sauce, and chili powder, heat till boiling. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

Spoon meat mixture over potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and top with french-fried onions.
