Taco Tot Casserole

1 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Pkg (1.25 oz) Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Can (11 oz) MexiCorn, drained
1 Can (10.75 oz) Condensed Nacho Cheese Soup, undiluted
4 Cups Tater Tots
Salsa & Sour Cream (optional for garnish)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook ground beef with taco seasoning mix according to package
directions. Spoon meat mixture into an ungreased 11 X 17-inch baking
dish or 2-quart casserole. Spoon corn over meat mixture, spread soup
over corn. Arrange Tater Tots in a single layer over soup.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and mixture
is bubbly. Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.

Serves 4.

Just found this recipe im gonna try it i have a bunch to feed and two grandaughters one is picky let you know how it goes.
