Take 5: Beef & Taters Casserole

Layer 1 1/2 lbs. cooked ground beef in a buttered 9x13x3 inch pan. Arrange over top 28 ozs. thawed (not cooked) frozen mixed vegetables. Spoon over 30 ozs. cream of mushroom condensed soup. Cover top with slices of individualy wrapped singles American cheese. Top with a layer of frozen seasoned tater-tot syle potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 mintues. Best with a chef’s salad and dinner rolls.
