Tasty Top Round Steak

1 Beef Top Round Steak, Cut 1" Thick ( Approximately 2 Lbs )
1/4 Cup Oil
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs Cider Vinegar
2 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Each Garlic Powder And Ground Ginger
1 Green Onion, Finely Chopped

Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic powder, ginger and
onion. Place steak in plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Tie
bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 4 hour, turning at least
once. Drain marinade from steak, reserve. Place steak on rack in
broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4" from heat and broil to rare or
medium (20-30 minutes), turning and brushing with marinade. Carve steak
into thin slices.

Makes 4 servings.
