Tender 'n Tangy Ribs - CP
2 lbs. pork spareribs
3/4 to 1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp. ground mustard
1tsp.paprika
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Cut ribs & brown in skillet in oil. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours until tender.
