Teriyaki Kabobs

Teriyaki Kabobs

1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pounds cubed beef sirloin steak
whole water chestnuts
green bell pepper chunks
canned pineapple chunks

Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Mix well. Pour over meat and marinate 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally. Alternate meat on bamboo or metal skewers with water chestnuts, green pepper and pineapple chunks. Broil or grill to desired doneness.

I love making kabobs on the grill, they are quick, easy, and most importantly tasty. These sound pretty good, I usually use chicken when I make my teriyaki kabobs. Also I would marinate the meat at the very least for 4 hours, preferably overnight to get the best flavor.
